The FUNKEEN mesh harness is the lightest in this ranking at 110g, £10.99 in size S, with 4.4 stars from 7,744 ratings.

It takes third because it publishes both girths and adds the instruction the rest omit: choose by chest measurement in priority, neck secondary. For a small dog, being the lightest harness here is the specification that matters.

The listing describes reflective Oxford trim, which is useful for winter walks.
