## Questions people ask

**What does 8E+1 kg mean?**

80 kilograms: the number was exported from a spreadsheet without changing its format.

**Is 176 pounds right?**

Yes, that is 80 kilograms, so the field is accurate and simply unreadable.

**Is it adjustable?**

Yes, two heights, for a boot or a bed.

**Why is it rated lower than the foam steps?**

Rigidity leaves no margin: if the height is wrong, the ramp is wrong.

**Why is it second?**

Because a wooden ramp suits some dogs better than foam, but the record here is the weakest.

**How many ratings does it have?**

993 at the time of collection, averaging 4.1 stars, with 58 per cent five-star and 8 per cent one-star.
