The biOrb Classic 60 is a 60-litre acrylic aquarium in white, with LED lighting built in, and it takes the top spot in this guide. The listing price is £165.00 and it carries 4.2 out of 5 from 669 ratings. According to the listing, everything needed to start is in the box: LED light, air pump, transformer, filter cartridge, ceramic media and water treatments.

What sets this one apart from the rest of the set is not a capacity mismatch — the specification table says 60 Litres and the product name says 60 Litres, so those two agree with each other. It is the price of that water. £165 for 60 litres works out at £2.75 a litre, while the 54-litre tank listed at £99.99 elsewhere in this guide comes in at £1.85 a litre. Worth knowing alongside the 669-ratings total: the reviews shown on the listing include owners describing a 15-litre biOrb. Every figure on this page is taken from the Amazon listing, not from any test of our own.
