The Yaheetech 2-level cage sits at number nine in this guide. It costs £79.99, carries a 4.4 average from 52 Amazon ratings, and its title measures it at 75 x 50 x 67 cm — the smallest footprint of the cages ranked above it, at 0.375 square metres per level.

That footprint is what decides it. The second level is a platform reached by a ramp, not extra ground, so the flat area a guinea pig actually walks on is 75 x 50 cm. For comparison, the £29.99 playpen elsewhere in this guide offers one flat 144 x 74 cm level, or 1.07 square metres. The listing is also not consistent about its own measurements: the title says 75 x 50 x 67 cm, while the specification bullet further down the same page says assembled dimensions of 75.5 x 50.5 x 67.5 cm. And the page is undecided on who the cage is for — the item highlight reads "Guinea Pig Cage, Indoor Rabbit Cage", while the Target Species field says Rabbit and Breed Recommendation says Small. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing for this cage, not from any testing we carried out.
