The BingoPaw Wooden Hamster Cage with Tempered Glass takes second place in this guide at £93.49. It is a 100 x 50 x 50 cm wooden-framed enclosure with clear panels, two top-opening lids and a built-in LED light, rated 4.4 out of 5 from 56 ratings, with a Best Sellers Rank that reads 1 in Small Animal Cages.

Its own listing is where it gets interesting. The first bullet attacks acrylic — "acrylic panels that can become scratched or cloudy over time" — and sells tempered glass instead, while the Material Type field on the same page reads "Acrylic, Wood". The 100 x 50 cm footprint works out at 0.5 m², the same floor area the BUCATSTATE 3.0 prints outright on its own listing; BingoPaw never prints it. And the rating breakdown on the page adds up to 100 ratings while the listing says 56. Everything here comes from the Amazon listing, not from a test we ran.
