The Whiskas Adult Dry Cat Food 7kg with Chicken sits at number 7 in this guide. It is a 7kg bag of chicken-flavoured kibble for cats aged 1 and over, listed at £17.00, rated 4.8 out of 5 from 12,365 ratings, and ranked 54 in Pet Supplies and 4 in Dry Cat Food on its Amazon listing. The bullets describe a kibble with filled pockets — crunchy outside, soft centre — made with real chicken, carrots and peas, with no added artificial colours or flavourings.

The headline £17.00 looks like a cheap bag until you divide it: 7kg at £17.00 is £2.43 per kg. The 10kg Tuna & Herring bag at the top of this list works out at £1.64 per kg, and the £17.00 here is 65p more than the £16.35 that buys that entire 10kg bag — 3kg more food for less money. The listing also contradicts itself in places: the bullets claim support for lower urinary tract health while the 'Specific Uses For Product' field says Heart Care, and a cat food page carries a 'Dog Breed Size' field set to Small. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing for this product and not from any test of our own.
