The BELLA and PAL rolling carrier is our number seven pet carrier pick for September 2026 and the only wheeled option in this guide. It switches between trolley rolling, hand, shoulder, car and suitcase modes, and the trolley base detaches so the 45 by 28 by 28 cm bag fits under an airline seat. The listing records 292 ratings at 4.7.

Honesty note: the spec sheet lists the weight as 240 g, which is impossible for a framed bag with a trolley, flagged as listed. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
