Harringtons Complete Dry Puppy Food Chicken & Rice is a 10kg bag of dry puppy kibble, and it sits at number four in this guide. The listing prices it at £25.99, which is neither the cheapest nor the dearest headline here. The bag is what matters: £25.99 for 10kg works out at £2.60 a kilo. The 12.5kg bag carrying the guide's highest headline price of £31.29 works out at £2.50 a kilo, so paying £5.30 more for that one buys you 2.5kg more food at a lower cost per kilo. The Harringtons bag is not being out-priced per kilo by the cheap-looking bags, but it is not the value pick of the list either.

There is one discrepancy inside the listing itself. The product is called Chicken & Rice, while the special ingredients field for the same listing reads turkey and salmon oil. Harringtons says the kibble is sized for smaller mouths and jaws, that the recipe uses freshly prepared meat and vegetables meeting human food standards, that it is enriched with prebiotics and yucca for digestion, and that an omega 3 and 6 blend supports skin and coat. The listing carries 4.6 out of 5 from 473 ratings, with 82 of the 100 ratings in the displayed split at five stars. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing, not from any testing we have done.
