Wellness CORE Senior is a 10 kg bag of grain-free dry dog food for older dogs, chicken and turkey flavour, and it sits at number two in this guide. At £49.99 a bag it works out at about £5.00 per kilo. The Arden Grange bag in the same guide is £3.71/kg and carries the same 4.7 stars, but from 2,313 ratings against Wellness CORE's 572 — so this is roughly £1.29 more per kilo for the same headline score, from a quarter of the review base.

The listing's own fields do not always agree with each other. Breed Recommendation says All Breed Sizes while Dog Breed Size says Medium on the same page, and the star breakdown shown adds up to 100 entries where the headline figure is 572 ratings. Those are the listing's numbers, not ours: everything on this page comes from the Amazon product listing, and we have not tested the food ourselves.
