Nextbase is the best-known dash cam brand in the UK, and the 222XR is its dual-camera model. The listing describes 1080p Full HD recording with a 140 degree field of view, night vision and what it calls intelligent parking mode, on an LED HD IPS display, with a maximum card capacity of 128GB.

Two listing entries need reading carefully. The connectivity field says generic wiring harness rather than naming a WiFi or app connection, and blind spot detection is named as a special feature, which on this model refers to the rear camera view rather than radar. At the time of collection it carried 1,359 ratings at 4.4 stars. Everything here comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
