The ssontong A16W is the cheapest camera in this ranking that still quotes a 2.5K QHD front recording, and the listing includes a 64GB card and WiFi app control at that price. G-sensor, night vision and parking monitor are named among its features.

One entry is worth noting: the specification table gives the video capture resolution as 1080p while the title quotes 2.5K QHD, which is a common inconsistency on budget listings and worth knowing before you compare it with the 4K cameras above.
