The AlphaTheta DDJ-FLX2 is a two-channel DJ controller, third in this guide at £158.98. Its listing fields it as USB-connected and compatible with a PC, smartphone or tablet, with a Hardware Platform line reading PC/Mac/iOS/Android, and an Item Weight of 1.2 kg. It is also described as a controller you play music through directly, with headphones for monitoring.

The figure worth a second look is the rating breakdown. The listing prints 587 ratings beside a five-bar split reading 8, 2, 6, 8 and 76 — 100 in total, so those bars are a percentage split rather than the counts a shopper might take them for, and 16% of that split sits at three stars or below. Two of the five bullets also make the same claim: the first says it is compatible with multiple DJ applications and streaming services, and the fifth says it works with multiple DJ applications and streaming services. Every number on this page comes from the Amazon listing for this product and from nothing we have tested ourselves.
