The KAUGIC Electric Ear Wax Removal Kit with One-Piece Waste Tank is number five in this guide. It is the £29.98 kit: an ear irrigator with a clean-water reservoir and a separate waste tank built into one body, four pressure modes on a single button, an IPX7 waterproof rating, and a rechargeable battery included. The listing reports 4.2 out of 5 from 1,004 ratings and a rank of 33 in Earwax Removal.

Two lines on that page are worth reading twice. KAUGIC names its four modes — Soft, Normal, Strong and Pulse — but prints no PSI figure for any of them, so nothing on the listing says how much pressure "Strong" actually delivers. The product-details table also carries a "Guaranteed software updates until" entry, shown as unknown, on a device with no software to update. This is the cheaper of the two KAUGIC kits in the guide, a penny below its near-identical sibling at £29.99. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from any testing of ours.
