The Philips Series 3000 S3145/00 takes first place in this guide: a cordless wet-and-dry rotary shaver at £59.99, rated 4.5 out of 5 from 6,467 ratings, with a Best Sellers Rank of 1 in Men's Electric Rotary Shavers. It is also the listing where this guide's blade-count problem is easiest to see. The specification field 'Number of Blades' says 1. A bullet further up the same page says the shaver carries 27 self-sharpening PowerCut Blades cutting up to 55,000 times per minute. Nothing in the listing says which of those two numbers a buyer actually receives.

Its battery figure sits inside the same argument. This listing states 'Battery Average Life: 60 minutes', one of six different ways the ten listings in this guide describe a single charge — the others read 0.5 hours, 50 minutes, 1 hour, 20 hours, 6 weeks and 7 years. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing itself; we have not tested the shaver, and no figure here is ours.
