The Z-Edge is the highest rated monitor in our ranking on the data we collected, and its listing explains why that is plausible: the panel is described as VA with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, three times what the IPS panels in this group list. It is a 27-inch 1500R curve at FHD 1080p, listed at 200Hz with a 1ms response time, HDR10 and FreeSync.

Two practical entries stand out in the listing. The first is that no built-in speakers are mentioned anywhere in the specification, which is unusual for this group. The second is the weight, given as 4 kilograms, and power consumption listed at 32 watts. At the time of collection it carried 690 ratings at 4.4 stars. Everything here comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
