The M908 is the MMO specialist in this ranking and the listing is blunt about it: 18 buttons in total including 12 side buttons, RGB backlighting and an optical wired sensor in an ergonomic gloss black body, compatible with PC and laptop.

Twelve side buttons is the whole reason this mouse exists: it puts an entire action bar under one thumb, which is what a raid rotation needs. The cost is weight and a learning curve, since a thumb has to learn twelve positions. At the time of collection it carried 8,626 ratings at 4.4 stars. Everything here comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
