## Questions people ask

**Why is it second with only 18 ratings?**

Because none of them are one-star or two-star: 70 per cent are five and 30 per cent are four, which is the cleanest distribution in this article.

**Is 8 GB enough?**

For browsing, writing and video it is; one buyer calls it loads of memory. If you keep many tabs or edit video, the four other laptops here have 16 GB.

**How heavy is it?**

2.67 kg, making it the heaviest laptop in this ranking and one kilogram heavier than the MSI.

**What processor does it use?**

The same Intel Core i7-1255U as the HP 14 and the HP 250 G9: a 15-watt 12th-generation part.

**Does it have a backlit keyboard?**

No. It is the one complaint a buyer raises, and the page lists a numeric keypad rather than any lighting.

**How many ratings does it have?**

18 at the time of collection, averaging 4.7 stars, with 70 per cent five-star.
