The Dell 15.6 costs £659.00 — the same as the HP beside it, for the same Ryzen 7 7730U processor and the same 16 GB of memory — and it is the one we would take, because the money buys a 120 Hz screen and a full terabyte of storage instead of 60 Hz and 512 GB.

It adds a fingerprint reader, Wi-Fi 6 and an onsite warranty that no other laptop in this ranking offers. Its title, however, mentions none of that: the 1 TB appears only in a specification field.

## Questions people ask

**Why this one instead of the HP at the same price?**

Because the £659.00 buys a 120 Hz screen and a terabyte here, against 60 Hz and 512 GB there, plus a fingerprint reader and an onsite warranty.

**Does the title say it has a terabyte?**

No. The title lists the screen size, the processor, the memory and Windows, and says nothing about storage or refresh rate. The 1 TB is in a specification field.

**Can it play games?**

Not seriously. The graphics are integrated and share the memory. Buyers here describe delivery, setup and general use.

**What is the onsite warranty?**

Dell will come to your home, office or a location of your choice after remote diagnosis, for one year. No other laptop in this article offers that.

**How is it rated?**

4.0 stars from 44 ratings, of which sixty-one per cent are five stars and ten per cent are one.

**How many ratings does it have?**

44 at the time of collection, averaging 4 stars, with 61 per cent five-star and 10 per cent one-star.
