## Questions people ask

**Does it come with a plug?**

No, and the title says so.

**Will it charge an iPhone at 15W?**

No: 7.5W unless the charger is certified for Apple's magnetic standard.

**What is in the box?**

The pad, a one-metre USB-C cable, a USB-A converter and a manual.

**Why do some buyers report failures?**

Magnetic charging fails on alignment and adaptor quality, and 11 per cent here gave one star.

**Why is it eighth?**

**How many ratings does it have?**

1601 at the time of collection, averaging 4.2 stars, with 72 per cent five-star and 11 per cent one-star.
