The WICKEY SeaFlyer is a wooden climbing frame with a 120 cm platform, a swing, a sandpit and a blue slide with a water connection, listed at £669.99. It takes sixth place in this guide. Its maximum weight recommendation is 50 kg — the same figure stated on every other wooden Wickey and Fatmoose frame in the guide, from the £549.99 MultiFlyer Light up to the £1,009.99 Smart Surf. Paying more for timber buys more play features, not a higher rated load.
The review numbers on the same listing do not line up either. The star rating shown for this frame is 4.1 out of 5 from 266 ratings, but the histogram printed next to it adds up to 100 (7 one-star, 4 two-star, 14 three-star, 20 four-star, 55 five-star). Two different totals, one page. The spec table also lists a maximum compatible number of seats of 1, on a frame sold with a swing.
Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing for this frame, not from any testing we carried out.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“We ordered this just before lockdown and it is has proved invaluable. Our grandson loves the slide in particular and likes to be a sea captain and repel pirates. The frame is sturdy and I think he will enjoy it for years to come when he will make more use of the rope swing and the climbing wall. He enjoyed helping his grandad to build it.It might seem a bit off-putting when just the wood ( cut to size) arrives on a pallet but my husband, who works at a computer all day, was able to follow the instructions relatively easily. It took him about 16 hours altogether. Two pieces were missing but, when we reported this, they arrived within a week.”
Verified purchase“Wow what a product bought for my grandson who is three he loves it. Its well worth the money, the timber itself is of a good quality and high standard.”
