It is also the one with the lowest claimed load: the listing gives a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg, while seven of the fifteen listings collected for this guide quote 250 kg. A 78-litre tray on a 100 kg limit is a lighter class of barrow than the money suggests, and at 12.2 kg it weighs the same as the cheaper 136 x 57 x 68cm models in this guide while holding less.
The tyre description is where the listing argues with itself. The spec table says Tyre Type: Pneumatic, which means air-filled, and the bullets say the same two 14" tyres are "puncture-proof". However (again) - if you plan to use this for heavier goods like aggregate or heavy dense soils, when you tip the barrow, the lip can bend significantly if it touches the ground with heave goods pressing it down. I am not sure if this is a design issue and will cause me issues in the future.”
