- Rank
- #3
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The YARDCARE V3 costs £298.76 with 126 ratings at 4.2 stars, and it is the only mower here that publishes a noise figure instead of a coverage claim: 50 dB.
It takes third because refusing to quote an m² is a virtue in a category where the m² cannot be checked, and because 50 dB and 11.4kg are the numbers a buyer actually lives with.
How those 126 ratings break down
An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.2 stars.

Questions people ask
What area does it cover?
The listing does not claim one, which is why it is third: it says small to medium-sized gardens rather than a number that cannot be checked.
Is it quiet?
50 dB is the published figure, the only one in this ranking, and it is roughly the level of a quiet conversation.
Can I lift it?
At 11.4kg, yes.
Does it handle rain?
There is a rain sensor, so it returns to the dock.
Why is it third?
Because it is honest and well specified, with a smaller track record than the two above it.
How many ratings does it have?
126 at the time of collection, averaging 4.2 stars, with 72 per cent five-star and 8 per cent one-star.
