“I've been using these poo bags for about 7 weeks now, taking them with me on the daily walks I do with my 2 dogs, and they're some of the best poo bags I've used. Here's what I consider to be the major pros (+) and cons (-) of the bags:+ They're thicker than a lot of poo bags I've used in the past, thick enough that I trust using just one at a time when picking up poo, whereas many of the bags I've used previously were so thin that I'd use two bags at a time just to be sure.+ They also seem quite durable, I've dropped filled bags onto the pavement a number of times, and none of them have split open or developed holes.+ They rip off nice and cleanly from the roll, which is another thing that previous bags I used didn't always do so well, ripping one of them off would often result in the bottom of the bag being torn as it failed to separate cleanly along the perforated line between it and the next bag on the roll, in which case you'd definitely be needing a second bag, regardless of how thin they were.+ Further to the previous point, there is about 20 mm distance between the perforations separating the bags and the actual sealing line along the bottom of each bag, so even if a bag didn't tear off cleanly, there's still 20 mm of plastic that would need to be torn through before reaching the bottom seal and creating a leak point (photo attached to help illustrate this point).+ They're large enough to contain a decent sized dump, while still leaving ample room to twist a long enough section of the top of the bag and tie it closed with a couple of knots.+ The bags have a decent amount of give in them, so they can be stretched a bit without ripping.+ Made from certified renewable resourses and recycled plastic (according to the product description), and I'm always happy to support the use of such products that are at least trying to make some sort of difference.+ 15 bags per roll means you have plenty on hand, and in a compact size that's easy to carry around.+ The rolls fit perfectly into the poo bag dispensers we have.- The only negative thing I can point at with these (and it's being *extremely* nitpicky) is that the little sticker that's on every roll to stop them unravelling prior to their first use is a little too sticky, so you have to peel it off with care in order to avoid ripping a hole the first bag on the roll. Having said that, where the resulting hole would be is towards the top of the bag where you'd likely be tying it off anyway, so the hole wouldn't actually affect the performance of the bag at the "business" end where you want it sealed.At under 90c a roll (based on price of $6.99 at time of review), I think these are good value, durable poo bags.”
