Rank #3 in Best Chicken Coop 2026: 10 Ranked, Houses, Runs and Prices
Aivituvin Grey XL Mobile Chicken Coop, 190cm
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The Aivituvin Chicken Coop Mobile is a wooden hen house on two wheels with a run built in underneath, and it sits third in our guide at £209.99. The listing gives one set of measurements — 190 x 66 x 100cm — and no bird count at all: not in the title, not in the bullets, not in the specifications. That omission stands out here, because two cheaper items in the same guide do state a number. The £139.99 walk-in run is 400 x 300 x 200cm with no housing, and the £125.99 PawHut coop-and-run is listed for 1-2 chickens.
The rest of the figures are the listing's own: 4.3 stars from 355 ratings, 99th in Poultry Coops & Cages, and a star breakdown that adds up to 100 — 62 five-star, 21 four-star, 9 three-star, 3 two-star and 5 one-star. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing rather than from any testing we carried out.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“I'm using this as a temporary setup for a broody hen and her chicks, not as a permanent coop, and for that purpose it's been perfect. It's very small, so definitely read the dimensions carefully — this is not suitable for more than one hen with chicks, and it's absolutely not meant for a full flock or long-term housing. The build quality is decent for the price, but it is lightweight. I anchored it to my permanent run because on its own it would not stay put in Texas wind. Once secured, it works exactly as I needed it to.For a little over $100, this is a great value as long as expectations are realistic. It's ideal as a broody house, isolation space, or short-term solution, but not a main coop. If you understand what it is (and what it isn't), it does the job very well and I'm very happy with it.”
Verified purchase“A bit smaller than I thought in real life but still very good. My chickens love it.”

Questions people ask
How many chickens does the Aivituvin mobile coop hold?
The listing never says. No bird count appears in the title, the bullets or the specifications, and the only size information given is 190 x 66 x 100 centimetres for the whole unit.
Is a run included with this coop?
Yes. The bullets describe a larger outdoor run, with the main poultry house and nest box elevated off the ground and a ramp with timber ridges leading between the resting room and the run.
Does it have wheels?
The listing says two: 'TWO durable wheels with long design handle makes this chicken coop move easily.'
What is the Aivituvin coop made of?
The bullets list solid rain-resistant fir wood, an asphalt sloping roof that opens for ventilation, spring latches on the everyday-use latch, and a slide-out metal tray for cleaning.
How big is the nesting box?
Aivituvin lists a 2-section nesting box and does not give its measurements; the 190 x 66 x 100 centimetre figure covers the whole coop, not the nest box alone.
Why do the star ratings add up to 100 when the listing shows 355 ratings?
The five-to-one-star breakdown totals 100 ratings (62 + 21 + 9 + 3 + 5) while the same listing reports 355 ratings overall. The listing does not explain the difference.
