PawHut Double Tier Rabbit Hutch, 122 x 50 x 101cm
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The PawHut Rabbit Hutch Outdoor Guinea Pig Hutch is a two-level hutch with a fir wood and metal frame, an asphalt roof and a footprint of 122 x 50cm. It sits at number 8 in this guide, and it is the listing behind the £140.99 figure in our opening argument: the one that promises room for 2-4 rabbits and then publishes the measurement that makes you think twice. That measurement is the living house, given in the same bullet as the capacity claim at 112L x 42W x 43H cm.
There is a second mismatch in the same listing. The breed recommendation names the Jersey Wooly, the Dwarf Hotot and the Polish Rabbit — three small breeds — while a separate specification field reads "Dog Breed Size: Large". Both statements are the seller's, published side by side on the same page. The dimensions are the useful part: the enclosed living house takes 112cm of the 122cm overall length and 42cm of the 50cm overall width, and the arithmetic of the published heights (101cm overall against 43cm for the living house) leaves the lower level with roughly 58cm of headroom. Everything below comes from the Amazon listing as published, not from any test we carried out.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“Perfect size and so easy to assemble. Bought two baby rabbits and they are right at home. Bought weatherproof cover with the hutch and it does a great job. Only one issue, Sawdust and hay can easily fall onto the floor from the hutch. To alleviated this I have glued some two by one to the grills on both levels to minimise this.”
Verified purchase“The hutch is brilliant I've only had it for 24 hours but my rabbit loves it, it took 2hours to make but it seems sturdy and it was fairly easy to put together.”
