The Panana Ab Machine is a foldable core trainer with a sliding knee carriage, five frame-height settings and an LCD counter, finished in black at £39.99. It is number 9 in this guide, and it is the cheapest of the four listings here that carry a 440 lb maximum weight recommendation — the same figure quoted on machines costing up to £155.47, in a group where the price varies 3.9x. None of the Panana's own five bullets mentions a weight limit at all; the 440 lb (200 kg) figure sits only in the specification field, with no explanation of how it was arrived at.

The rating numbers on this listing do not agree with each other. The customer reviews field says 4.3 out of 5 from 40 ratings. The histogram behind that score adds up to 100 ratings: 8 one-star, 3 two-star, 6 three-star, 17 four-star and 66 five-star. One of those two figures is wrong, and the listing gives no way of telling which. Everything on this page is read from the Amazon listing as it stands, not from a test of our own.

“Ordered on 21st August and delivered on 23rd August uk. Pleasantly Satisfied with the quick delivery. ☺️Delivery driver delivered the parcel with care and caution.Product is excellent for the price paid. It comes with its own battery. Easy to assemble. You can follow for the manual. Machine is not at all noisy. What I like the most is it's Foldability aspect. Use it, fold it and keep it in store room and remove when required. The padded form are comfortable but for added comfort, you can order a separate elbow pad which costs around £8 or so.There was no scratch, but the handle came slightly wrinkly. 🥲 (refer to picture)Exercise wise: I tried 10 reps to check If I can manage due to ongoing health issues. Positioning is key. If you do it right, you will not cause any damage. To be honest, It was hard. 😅 But, if it's easy, you will not burn calories.I will definitely recommend it to others, but, similar to other comments, please, you need to be within your ideal weight range. If you are overweight, it might be challenging. I am 54kg and petite, so, this machine is ideal for my height and weight, hoping to loose more weight around abdominal area. I have got tiny arms, but, I can reach the handles fine. 😅😂 Make sure you use it under a non-slippery surface.I am glad I opted for this seller than others. Excellent product. This would be an ideal present for those who love their home workouts. ☺️”

“This is excellent. Gets all of your stomach lower and abs, thighs, hips and waist. Felt like I had been steamrollered after the first go but building it up now. Really works would recommend. It is one of the hardest ab workouts I have ever done and been a regular gym goer for the last few years. Feels very similar to using an abs wheel”
