I just figured that this was because it was cheap and accepted it for that.5 months later I decided to get in touch with Strongway and ask them if it was supposed to be like that. Their customer service was far better than expected. I sent a video of the issue and they sent a replacement part (the part which holds the weights and goes up and down the poles) within a couple days. I replaced this and it fixed the problem.
