Verified purchase“It is really a robustly made equipment and as some other reviewers mentioned, they seem to miss one of the black spacers which cause the roller to be slightly wobbly. When cantacted the seller I got some crazy answer which I am not going to write about it here. Well, it is really a good robust equipment and most probably you may have the same issue and it is not an standard sized Nylon washer, though I have already ordered some through the ebay and I am waiting to see how it is going to workout. I don't want to knock out a star just for the sake of missing nylon washer/ spacer. The seller don't seem to bother about this quality control issue despite received some reviews about it.”
Verified purchase“Best roller I've used. The wide polyurethane wheel is like an oversized skateboard wheel and works well on carpet or hard floor. Handle padding is plush and seems robust. Of course the main thing is that it has real ball bearings and should last a long time compared to the plastic sleeve bearings on other rollers. I was a little worried about the 6" diameter vs. the 8" on other products, but its not a problem for me.”
