The number the listing leads with is 15 — fifteen pulley positions, from low rows to high pull-downs — and that is the one figure on the page you can verify by counting once the thing is up.
The load figure is where it gets slippery. One bullet says the 2.5 cm weight bar takes "Max 50 kg for a side, 100 kg in total". The closing bullet then gives a weight capacity of 120 kg, while the spec table's tension supported field says 100 kg. Nor are the plates part of the deal: the only included component listed is a hand strap, so the 100 kg has to come off your own rack. No. The only included component the listing names is a hand strap. The bar is described as a 2.5 cm diameter weight bar designed to accommodate weight plates, so the plates are yours to supply.
