Verified purchase“As others have said this is a heavy item, and their photos show it is packaged very well with polystyrene inserts inside its cardboard box. However on my own I found it rather difficult to remove from the box without damaging the packing material. Hopefully I won't be faced with any need for it to be returned, but if that's a concern you hold perhaps consider paying for the install service or have a handy second person with you to help.The build quality is very good with all the nuts and bolts fitting well within easily aligned threaded holes. The printed instructions are good but the fonts and diagrams used are small. Thankfully all the items are clearly labelled and the assembly is pretty logical, although I fitted the 2 base bars earlier than instructed to help with stability.In operation the motion is smooth and very quiet, there's even a little pot of silicone grease to help the runner wheels move nicely along the guide rails. As for stride length, it suits me at 5'10", but I have proportionally shorter legs than average. I think if you were taller or had a naturally longer stride you might find the available motion lacks the range you might desire.I purchased it a "discounted" point, so my feeling about value for money is modified by that fact. On balance I'm very happy with the purchase at £490, at the current full price nearer £600 I think I'd really want to be convinced about that stride length.”
