The fact that it folds away as neatly as it does and that it's as sturdy as it is (given the folding) make this, in my opinion, a great option for anyone working out at home with reasonably light weights. I've been using it with 2x28-32kg dumbbells (I weigh about 80kg) and it works great, but I can't tell how well it would work in a barbell with heavy plates scenario. The bench is also pretty comfortable and the PU leather is covered in is pretty nice to the touch.One thing to keep in mind, though, is that it is pretty tall. At 175cm (5'9") I find it uncomfortably tall for a flat bech press with my feet planted on the ground.”
