Is it a different scooter?
No, only the colour differs.
Does it go on public roads legally?
No: private e-scooters are not legal on UK public roads.
Why is it third?
Because it is the same product as the second and its page shows how the reviews are counted.
How many ratings does it have?
208 at the time of collection, averaging 4.1 stars, with 63 per cent five-star and 9 per cent one-star.
