The LIONSCOOL Leg Extension and Curl Machine V4.0 is a plate-loaded cable machine for seated leg extensions and prone leg curls, listed at £429.99 and rated 4.4 out of 5 from 126 ratings on Amazon. It takes the top spot in this guide, and the number that puts it there is also the number that does not add up.
The title advertises a "360KG Capacity". The specification field below it reads "Tension Supported: 400LBS". 360 kg is roughly 794 lb — close to double the 400 lb the spec sheet states. This is the pattern the guide keeps running into: the headline figure describes what the frame is built to withstand, not what you can load onto the carriage for a working set. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing as it stands, not from a machine we assembled and loaded ourselves.

An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.4 stars.
