The resistance feels smooth throughout the movement and the strength curve is ideal. You can also push the pad quite far down, which allows for a really deep stretch in the legs. I genuinely prefer this machine over many commercial gym ones I have used.The machine itself is sturdy and well-built. It does creak slightly during use, but it hasn't affected performance and isn't really an issue in practice.Delivery was fast and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow.
