“I am giving this item a 5 star since it makes me do the job and more...Very decent stability, if a person is strong enough you would definitelly feel safe with your upper body over the top bar, which means the item is solid.Yes, the item is rather light which on one hand makes it easy to move about and adjust but also stable with minimal shakes which I find absolutely fine...My daughter's gymnastics centre has pull up bars and there is a natural shake in them, too even though they are built for hight intensity exercise...This item is great for different grip pull ups, dips (I love it), support pull ups on dip bars and few more...I can only recommend it...I have been practising pull ups for years to strenghten my back and am able to destinguish between a rubbish equipment and a decent one, this is the later one for sure👌🏻”
