The frame is alloy steel, the padding is PU leather over foam, and the listing quotes seven fast-adjustment backrest positions, three preacher curl pad angles and two heights.
It sits at number three because of its price rather than its spec sheet. The same headline figures — 7 backrest positions, 3 preacher pad angles and an 800 lbs capacity — appear on a second listing priced at £104.49, while this one is £119.99. That is £15.50 more for two spec tables we cannot tell apart from the copy. There is a second wobble inside this advert: the bullet says folding saves 85% of the space, while one Amazon reviewer reads the same bench as folding down to 85% of its original size — those two statements do not describe the same result.
