Rank #3 in Best Resistance Bands 2026: 10 Ranked on What the Pounds Mean
Iron Core Fitness Pull Up Bands, 2-54kg, 2m Loop, Workout Guide
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
Iron Core does the one thing that removes the most common confusion in this category: it publishes the loop length twice, as 2m around the full loop and approximately 1m when laid flat. Every other set here quotes one number and leaves you to work out which measurement it means, which is exactly where buyers get it wrong.
It is the only listing that gives its five bands in kilograms — 2-10, 9-16, 13-23, 18-36 and 23-54 kg — which makes it the natural pair to the Amazon Basics set and its pound ranges. The cost of the documentation is the price: at £33.95 it is the most expensive set in this ranking, and the accessories are a workout chart and an ebook rather than a door anchor.
How those 2,384 ratings break down
An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.6 stars.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“As someone who works in a gym and trains regularly, I’m really impressed with these pull-up resistance bands. The material is high-quality and feels super durable—no signs of stretching out or tearing, even after heavy use. I highly recommend getting the 4-piece or 5-piece set instead of just one band. The different resistance levels are perfect for progressing over time or using for various exercises.”
Verified purchase“I was a bit bemused by how long it was! But as a resistance band it did the job! Definitely strong and required a big degree of strength to get movingPlenty of exercises to be done with it so it was great for that purposeNice colour and there are varying resistance levels to make your workout harder as well.”

Questions people ask
Why does the loop length matter?
Because tension is set by how far the band is stretched. The same band at 1m and at 2m behaves like two different products, so a set that tells you both measurements is telling you how to use it.
Is the 2m or the 1m the real length?
Both: 2m is the circumference around the loop and 1m is the same loop laid flat and doubled. Iron Core is the only listing here that says so.
Why is it the most expensive?
£33.95 against £16.98 for the Amazon Basics set. You are paying for the measurement data, the printed chart and a two-year guarantee rather than accessories like a door anchor.
Does it come with a door anchor?
No. It comes with a printed workout chart, an ebook and access to workout videos.
Which levels do the five bands cover?
2-10, 9-16, 13-23, 18-36 and 23-54 kg, published in kilograms only.
