Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.

The Niceday stepper is a compact up-down machine with removable resistance bands, fifth in this guide at £64.99. It arrives pre-assembled, carries a 4.5-star average from 323 ratings, and the listing describes it as an EN 957 certified fitness device. Where its own numbers disagree is the size: the final bullet describes a footprint of 41cm x 31cm x 34cm, while the specification field underneath gives 41L x 31W x 23H centimetres — an 11 cm disagreement about how tall the same machine stands.

Its capacity figure matters more. The specification field lists a maximum user weight of 100 kilograms, the lowest ceiling in this guide: the Sunny Health & Fitness twist stepper claims 160 kg and the RELIFE 159 kg, while the 660 lb claim elsewhere in the category converts to 299 kg. Niceday offers no second, higher figure anywhere in the listing. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing as it stands; we have not tested this stepper ourselves.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

Verified purchase

“Very smooth mechanism. Makes the workout less stressful.”

“Works fine. Twist version comparing to up-down is pointless. Nice movement. Ok resistance. Good for heart. You would not build any muscls here. There are two drawbacks: 1. When resistant cylinders are warming up it is slightly less resistance (but noticable). 2. Overall resistance ideally should be higher. Resistance bands are very good for making heart rate higher. Definately recommend for cardio during the day. It simply does not take any space in your room and no time needed to set up.”
