The number that stands out is capacity. 660 lb converts to roughly 299 kg, about double the 160 kg ceiling of the Sunny Health & Fitness twist stepper and the 159 kg of the RELIFE. YOLEO states 660 LB in the title, in a bullet and again in the spec field, so at least it agrees with itself; what it does not give is the "average stair stepper" it claims to be 2X stronger than, so that comparison has no figure behind it. One smaller oddity: the star breakdown on the listing adds up to 100 across 68, 13, 7 and 12, while the page reports 22 ratings in total, so those four figures read as percentages rather than counts.
