Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.

The CYCPLUS R200 is a motor-braked indoor trainer listed at £299.00, sitting at #5 in this guide. It holds a 4.3 out of 5 rating from 29 ratings, simulates gradients of up to 19%, and connects over dual BLE/ANT+ to apps including Zwift and MyWhoosh.

The number that needs reading carefully is 2200W. It appears in the same bullet as the torque figure as a peak power rating for the brushless motor, not a sustained wattage — and no sustained wattage appears anywhere else on the page. Two fields also disagree with the rest of the listing: the rating count reads 29 while the star breakdown bars add up to 100, and the resistance mechanism field says 'Magnetic' where the bullets describe a brushless motor. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing itself, not from any testing we carried out.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

Verified purchase

“After 100km and 5 rides.-Great trainer, easy setup, simulates downhill with the power supply.-Easy setup with the computer and connects to mywhoosh without issue.-It can generate way more power than I can ever exert so anticipate it should serve me well for quite some time.-compatability with the road qr and mountain bike thru axle.-It operates relatively quietly but can get noisy at higher spreads.Cons:-no dedicated power button or switch.-does not come with a cassette or fitting tool so make sure and get your own.”

“Easy setup and quickly connected to my Zwift app. The resistance matches specs and is easy to connect to my bike. The construction is solid, has is heavy so it stays in place while I ride. The app is easy to navigate and I appreciate how user friendly it is. I haven't tried any other brands of trainers but I am sold with this one!I also find it a plus that a cassette isn't included as I ordered the same cassette that is on my bike so my training on and off the trainer is more consistent”
