Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The Werara is the cheapest machine in this ranking with a real motor figure: 200W for £75.99, the same rating as the WeightWorld at £95.99 and the LifePro Waver at £179.99. It carries 226 ratings at 4.6, the joint highest score here, and it comes with a remote, two resistance bands and seven programs across 199 levels.
Two numbers on the listing cannot both be true. It claims a 220kg user limit on a 6.5kg frame — thirty-four times the machine's own mass — and it publishes 199 speeds as a maximum speed of 199 RPM, which is a level count wearing a speed label. Neither stops it working; both are the kind of inflation this category runs on.
How those 226 ratings break down
An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.6 stars.

Questions people ask
Is 199 speeds real?
No. The listing also gives a maximum speed of 199 RPM, so the level count is being published as a speed. Real machines in this ranking top out at 99 RPM.
Can it really take 220kg?
That is 34 times the machine's own weight, and no other listing here claims anything close. The CV30 Compact, at a similar weight, states 136kg and converts it correctly.
What is good about it?
The motor figure for the price. 200W at £75.99 is the cheapest real wattage on this page, and it is rated 4.6 — the joint best score here.
What comes in the box?
A remote, two resistance bands, a power cord and a manual, with a two-year manufacturer warranty.
How high is the sample?
226 ratings at 4.6, which is small but rising: it stood at 213 when this ranking was collected.
