As expected for its construction, it does get heavy when the roof is installed so, if you have to move it ask at least four adults to help. Tall stepladders are required to fit the last few roof bolts. We were four adults and a fifteen year old and it took us seven hours over two days to complete so, don't under estimate the size of the task. Positives are that it looks fantastic and I think it will sustain the English climate and at £999 it was £100 cheaper than the house of tents own site, even though it came from there. Negatives are the curtains are made so that you can't have one side closed and the next side tied back but once i got to work with my needle and a bit of extra velcro I quickly overcame that.
