Positives are that it looks fantastic and I think it will sustain the English climate and at £999 it was £100 cheaper than the house of tents own site, even though it came from there. Negatives are the curtains are made so that you can't have one side closed and the next side tied back but once i got to work with my needle and a bit of extra velcro I quickly overcame that. Shouldn't be any issues with rust as most of the structure is powder coated aluminium. The instructions are clear and accurate. It is advisable to have a second pair of hands available when putting the roof structure on but, that said, I managed to do it alone even though I'm in my late 60's. Pay attention to the film on the roof sections because they have to be put up with a particular surface facing up. Also, keep an eye on the brush strips that form the seal with the roof sections, these can move easily and may result in a leak if you don't have them in the correct position. Mine has been leak proof in torrential rain and I am very pleased with that aspect, did not need to resort to sealant. I would also leave yourself plenty of time to build it.
