The BEXEVUE L Shaped Gaming Desk is the number 2 pick in our guide to gaming desks. It is a black L-shaped corner desk listed at £49.99, with two reversible storage shelves, a storage bag and a 4.6 rating from 1,591 Amazon ratings. The size is given as 100 x 70 cm and the desk stands 75 cm tall.

The listing's own numbers are where it gets odd. The field marked 'Tabletop Thickness' reads 75 Centimetres — exactly the same figure as 'Maximum Height'. A tabletop 75 cm thick would be as tall as the whole desk, so that field is almost certainly holding the height, not the thickness. On height, this listing is at least self-consistent: minimum height is 29.5 inches, which is about 75 cm, and maximum height is 75 cm, so nothing here suggests an adjustable desk despite the two separate fields. Worth noting too that one reviewer writes about a 120 cm wide version, while this listing is 100 cm wide. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from any desk we built, measured or tested ourselves.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

“This is a good quality and stylish product, I by chance chose the 120cm wide version by chance it happened to be the perfect size for my room. Not too heavy, it was fairly easy to put together, if not focusing properly you may do what I did and put something together the wrong way get to screwing in the wood at the top and realise you need to undo some legs and connect them again just another way round to get the wood holes to line up with the metal but that's just something that happened to me as was trying to rush. Other than that really happy with this purchase.”

“Great desk, I've used this for almost a year and had no problems, it holds the weight of my gaming pc which is quite heavy.”

Questions people ask

How tall is the BEXEVUE L Shaped Gaming Desk?

The listing gives a Maximum Height of 75 Centimetres and a Minimum Height of 29.5 Inches, which is about 75 cm — the same figure, so the desk is listed as a fixed height rather than an adjustable one.

Is the tabletop really 75 cm thick?

That is what the 'Tabletop Thickness' field says, but the same listing gives the desk as 75 cm high. A top 75 cm thick would be as tall as the entire BEXEVUE desk, so the two numbers cannot both describe a real tabletop.

How wide and deep is the BEXEVUE desk?

The size field reads 100 x 70 cm and the dimensions are given as 70D x 100W x 75H centimetres, so 100 cm wide and 70 cm deep. One reviewer, however, describes buying a 120 cm wide version.

Can the shelves be fitted on either side?

Yes. BEXEVUE says the reversible shelf can be installed on the left or right according to your habits and how the space is planned.

Does it come with a storage bag?

The product name mentions a storage bag, and one reviewer says they did not use the little fabric pockets that came with it because there was already enough storage for what they needed.

Does the BEXEVUE desk hold a heavy gaming PC?

The listing states no weight limit. It describes a thicker steel frame and adjustable feet pads for stability, and one reviewer says they have used the desk for almost a year with a heavy gaming PC on it and had no problems.
