The Zyllion ZMA-13 is a shiatsu massage pillow in black faux leather, listed at 33 x 24.1 x 8.9 cm and 1.77 kg, with adjustable straps, a car adapter and a 20-minute auto-shutoff. It sits at number 5 in our guide to back massagers, at £59.95 with a 4.1 rating from 48,115 ratings.
What makes it worth a page of its own is the paperwork inside the listing. The specification table says "Is Product Cordless: Yes". The first bullet of the same listing describes a "corded plug-in design" with a 6-foot power cable, and the Power Source field says "Corded Electric". Two parts of the listing describe something you plug into a wall; one part says you do not, and nothing on the page settles which is right. Everything below is taken from the Amazon listing — the bullets, the specification table and the customer reviews shown on it — and not from any test we ran ourselves.
How those 48,115 ratings break down
An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.1 stars.

Questions people ask
Is the Zyllion ZMA-13 cordless?
The listing contradicts itself on this. The specification table says "Is Product Cordless: Yes", but the first bullet of the same listing describes a "corded plug-in design" with a 6-foot power cable, and the Power Source field says "Corded Electric". The listing does not resolve which is correct.
Does the Zyllion ZMA-13 have heat?
The product title includes "with Heat", and two of the customer reviews on the listing mention the warmth. No heat temperature is stated anywhere in this listing.
Can I use the Zyllion ZMA-13 in a car?
The listing says it includes a bonus car adapter for travel, and the third bullet mentions adjustable straps that secure the massager to a car headrest as well as an office chair. The Power Source field still reads "Corded Electric".
What warranty comes with the Zyllion ZMA-13?
Three years in total: one year automatic plus two more with registration. The listing says this covers rapid, hassle-free replacement of the massager, cover or power accessories.
Does it turn itself off?
Yes. The listing describes an intelligent 20-minute auto-shutoff timer, overheat protection, and nodes that auto-rotate every minute to prevent muscle overuse.
How much does the Zyllion ZMA-13 cost and how is it rated?
£59.95, rated 4.1 out of 5 from 48,115 ratings on the listing.
