Where it earns its place is in how much it tells you: it is one of the fans that states the distance its noise figure was taken from — 28.8 dB at 3m — and it gives its airflow twice over, as 19 l/s and again as 69 m3/h, at 9.4W.
That 69 m3/h is the number to sit with. Rivals in this guide claim 78 to 98 m3/h, so on airflow the iCON 15 is admitting to less than the fans around it, not more. I have two of these, the shutters work as advertised and the fan actually produces MUCH more flow than any other bathroom fan I've had with less than the usual amount of noise.
