It comes with a dummy pouch and a changing mat, 2 side pockets I use the nuby rapid cooler and flask and they both fit in there and the other side has a slit to put a pack of wipes in. Inside the front part it has 3 bottle holders and a netted pocket with a zip then theres 2 other compartments one where the changing mat goes with pockets for nappies.
