“I am delighted with my new electric blanket which I have used now for about 3 weeks. It has a deep skirt which fully fits the mattress holding it securely in place. There is a control for each side of the blanket which is very useful if one partner prefers the bed warmer than the other. Each control has a slide switch on the right side to turn the controls on and off, with three buttons on the top of the control, one for 'FOOT', one for 'BODY' and one for 'TIMER'. Once the slide switch is set to 'ON' the control lights up and every press of the 'FOOT and 'BODY' buttons increases the temperature from 1 up to 4 with 1 being warm and 4 being hot. Once the temperature has been set it is then possible to set the 'TIMER' button from 1hour up to11 hours for the duration you wish the blanket to be on. This means it can be left on all night but I would suggest only on settings 1 or 2 as you will find the higher settings much too warm for all night. The blanket heats very quickly at number 4 and I usually turn it right down when I get into bed so that it is comfortable if I wish to set the timer for all night. The covering is a lovely soft fleece and is very comfortable to sleep on with absolutely no feeling of the wiring. The cable leading to the control is about 27" long and almost reaches the floor. For those of you who like a very dark bedroom do not think that the lights on the controls will be too bright as they can be turned so they face the side of the bed and the light on the control is not visible.Both controls clip on and off the blanket with a special fitting which is at the top of the blanket at pillow height a couple of inches from the side of the bed. They are not bulky and not noticeable. Last but not least the blanket is machine washable once the controls have been disconnected from the blanket. A great product for the winter months and I would highly recommend.”

It fits perfectly on my king size mattress from top to toe and edge to edge with a nice strong, soft and deep skirt all around which is deep enough to tuck under the mattress to secure and stop movement which blankets with straps just don’t do.Thanks to the fleece topper you can’t feel the wiring under your body and the exit point for the controllers are nice, slim and discrete so as not to be uncomfortable.With 9 settings of heat and two body zones you can adjust the warmth to your liking on each side of the bed which is ideal if your partner has different ideas as to what’s comfortable.The blue screens on the controllers black out after a few seconds which I like as I’m light sensitive so doesn’t disturb my sleep, you know if it’s on or not by the position of the switch so no need for an annoying indicator light.It warms up quickly so your beds nice and toasty when you’re ready for bed and is machine washable, what’s not to like?If you’re after a heated blanket for the upcoming winter nights then this has to be the one to get it’s fantastic!”
