Verified purchase“the product is similar to many chairs of this type on line, obviously made in china. I chose this one as it had 2 x 250 w motors some are only 200 w. Delivery was very speedy the batteries came separately but the same day. Another reason for my choosing this chair was it came with 2 batteries very useful. The chair is very comfortable and gives a sooth ride, i purchase an additional cushion but do not think I will need it. But here is the best bit when i unpacked it it had a piece broken by the carrier, I emailed FREE TO BE HEALTH CARE on that Sunday and to my surprise they replied straight away on that Sunday. They arranged collection and supplied another chair next day. When it comes to products that look similar service is a huge plus and their service was excellent.”

With both batteries connected, the wheelchair do about twenty miles, which I think is very good. The wheelchair is very sturdy and I feel safe as it has a low centre of gravity. I have met people with similar wheelchairs that have paid £2500, when I have told how much I paid all I got was "grrrrr" 😂. I sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase if you buy one, I love using mine.”
