Verified purchase“Super fast delivery in three separate single day shipments. Easy assembly 40 mins including unpacking. Great product. Quiet and does everything claimed. Life changing if you find getting out of a normal or electric bed difficult? Readable understandable instructions. Only problem for me is I would have preferred a fast return to rise button as it takes about 70 seconds to go from recline to stand up which can be a pain if you need to walk somewhere quickly like answer the door or maybe an emergency. Otherwise perfect and I am very happy with my purchase”

I haven't tried the heat or massage options yet.I am quite large,150kg and do fit into the chair comfortably, but there is not much room to spare.My only criticism would be that as you raise your legs, the back goes back a few inches. I would prefer it if the legs could be raised on their own and the back recline seperately, letting you raise your legs only and then if you want to recline the back, it be a seperate movement.”
