The number to look at here is the pair count. The listing says the cabinet "can accommodate 27-30 pairs of any kinds of shoes" — across 10 tiers that works out at roughly three pairs per shelf, on a shelf 62.5 cm wide, so about 20 cm of width per pair. That is workable for flat shoes and tighter for bulky ones. It is also the same top-end figure the £101.15 two-drawer cabinet in this guide quotes for 24-30 pairs, claimed here at £74.99.
